Pros: I like what I do the industry is exciting and everyday brings something new.
Cons: Those who are picked out personally by upper management succeed. Others are not given a fair shot. If you were hired at past middle age you do not have an opportunity for advancement. Unless you were hired at a high level position.
Most are in fear for their job.
