Cons: Standing around waiting I like to keep busy

Cons: The negative attitudes/challenging behaviours/personalities of some of the employees I've had to work with on various sites, causing me to lose focus on my tasks/make mistakes/be unsafe etc. The fact I get declined by almost every commercial company in Chch for my protection order I'm on with my children's Mother, regarding an issue that occured between us 9 years ago, nothing at all to do with work, and the fact many employers want to be very nosey, and know my life story, therefore there are a lot of anxieties, stresses, frustration, financial hardship with trying to survive my domestic life, around having no work. Also, the fact I have had many sport/personal/work-related injuries in the past, triggering a lot of health issues, therefore have also been declined/judged for various jobs, and unable to get driving experience/lessons/licenses, even with Neurology/pychologist/G.P/ACC reports clearly stating I have medical clearance to drive, am fit to work etc, but theses companies still resist for some reason. They are ruthless, honestly. A lot of these companies are very family orientated, and prefer people they know well to work for them, rather than randoms. They are very selective, whether they are qualified/licensed/experienced or not, they will pick the employee with the most money, that they may be related to, friends with etc, over the rest first, ya know.
