Pros: The Travel. Being in a different town every night keeps it exciting.

Pros: Be able to correct shoddy work and check completed construction implementation as per standard of work visually inspected.
Cons: There were times that management doesn't fully support the issues that were needed to be enforced on various field sites issues.
