Pros: I can work at my own pace and am trusted to do the job without someone over my shoulder
Cons: low pay, bad benefits. we work in a remote branch office several states away so everything is remote capable and 100% of the work is done on a VM with remote access, yet we aren't allowed to be remote from home, it makes no sense

Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technician in Lethbridge:
Pros: Lethbridge is small enough for short commutes and not to busy. It has small town vibes yet still has all the stores and amenities you would need. Decent options for post secondary education without having to leave the city.
Cons: The high crime rate can be uncomfortable but never really a problem for most people.

Cons: Lack of culture, I would prefer city life, but the cost of living is too high in the city, however I would accept a job if it pays enough to live in the city.
