Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer Reviews
What is it like working as a Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer?
November 2023
I don't work in Edinburgh, Newcastle upon Tyne was not an option.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer in Edinburgh:
Pros: Edinburgh is a lovely place, Newcastle is also a fantastic city.
February 2023
Potential for good work life balance.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer in Durban:
Pros: People are neither extremely rushed (like Gauteng) or super laid back (like Cape Town). I feel we are hard working as well.
Cons: It's sometimes unbearably hot to work and we don't seem to get paid fairly.
July 2022
Extreme creative outlet.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer in Philadelphia:
Pros: Our teams success and respectful and professional relationships
Cons: Better communication
June 2022
Enjoyable, but hectic.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer in West Haven:
Pros: Creating the design for a product that works well is satisfying.
Cons: The timelines required on difficult jobs can be unrealistic.
April 2021
It is okay but I do feel very under paid for the work and the length of time I have been there.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer in Belfast:
Cons: The pay.
October 2020
Everyone needs a job...
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer in Phoenix:
Pros: I don't, the only good part is the food.
Cons: Everyone here is looking for a job so overqualified applicants get the first look.
August 2020
There's nothing out here.
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Designer in Hamburg:
Pros: The lakes are beautiful and there isn't a lot of rush hour traffic.
Cons: Our office is in the middle of nowhere. I can't maintain my gluten-free diet without careful planning, because no restaurants out here carry gluten free options. The only kroger in the area is always completely full of rude people.
