Pros: I enjoy the opportunity to serve other CPN members.
Cons: The amount of stress and expectations in our department has caused most of us to be completely burnt out.

Pros: I like the type of projects I’m on. They are interesting, challenging and actually make a difference to people’s lives.
Cons: There have been many issues with graduate pay not being fair and consistent. I know several people who have not been supported enough and subsequently burnt out.
