MHS used to be a great place to work late, but there have been far fewer perks and a higher workload since the company went public. The management seems to believe that it is okay to provide subpar training on systems that need everyone to be well trained, while simultaneously doubling down on mandatory trainings for new systems that don't apply to your job description. Management also seems to feel that they can schedule weaker, new hires on off shifts despite the fact that you need well trained, independent workers on these shifts.
