Claims Processor:
High pressure, poor management, code breaching, the best interests of the client is not always at heart. Managers are indecisive, changes occur more frequently than they should, band aid fixes, pass the blame down to the individual consultant. Good thing? Some of the workers.

Pros: Meeting new people and learning new disabilities and situations of the clients for the cases I process.

Pros: I don't really know. I don't really like the company I'm working at (not with).
Cons: Stress level is soaring high. Managers are so strict we are afraid to talk. Salary is so low compared to the workload. I can observe favoritism. They're so demanding but are not willing to give.

Pros: Getting connected with same cultural backgrounds.
Cons: Lack of organization within the lines of communication between processors and Supervisors/Line Managers. Very low compensation and salary benefits. Stress level is too much.
