Civil Engineer in Fresno:
It's a really good company to get you up on your feet. The Pay is so-so you could be getting paid more at a different company. I was working there for about 2 years before I quite. Management is all over the place. I recommend working here for about 2 years just to get the experience and then look elsewhere.

Cons: Employee development does not seem to be a priority. Rewards are not given. Stressful management. Management expects employees to work additional time to meet project expectations on salary pay.

Employees are not get treated well. Also increment is not done even after giving all our efforts to the company.
