Pros: Caring for the children and infants who are growing seeds who their parents trust to do so.
Cons: My CO workers don't follow regular schudule and are on pity stuff sometimes.

Seek out a mentor who really has a passion for their job, who the children are to gravitate towards. Take note of their approach toward children, ask them what they do that works, and what they've tried that doesn't work. Above all else maintain patience.

Pros: THE CHILDREN AND CO WORKERS, ITS A VERY NICE CENTRE.
Cons: LAZY CO WORKERS, WHEN SOME ONE DOES SOMETHING WRONG IT AFFECTS THE WHOLE DAY.

Pros: Meeting new kids and help them in their learning. Enjoy to see them progress.
Cons: The pay rate doesn't reflect the amount of time and effort you put in your job.

When a person has worked for you never taken any days off, not even vacation I think their time is worth more then minimum wage after 2 years o service.

Meeting parents.
Meeting new children.
Cons: -Staff getting in trouble for things going wrong because the director is hardly around.
-People assuming I can work extra hours without asking me.
