Working and staying in Kolkata is a breeze if you have your own vehicle. Outskirts traffic is not so heavy, weather is pretty adjustable, have lots of good places to go for leisure etc.

Pros: So many opportunities in IT world. Great work environments. New town, rajarhat and salt lake area are very well decorated and clean. Real estate costs are lower, living costs is low. So many benefits.
Cons: Finding good IT resource is a bit difficult process here. Every IT professionals looks forward to move to Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurugram etc.
