Its a place of teamwork including with head leadership. Some of the employs work really hard and steadfast and been a CNA for many years but dont get paid well and I hate that.

Cons: Its hardwork and not enough staffing. And no paid holidays. No raises. And no hazadous pay. Cheap very cheap and stingy oweners

Pros: I love the flexibility and meeting wonderful people. Everyone has a story and a history.
Cons: I do not receive a bonus for longevity. I have been with the company for 5 years and I get paid the same as someone that was hired 2 weeks ago. I wish their was paid vacation and the medical benefits were better. Their medical benefits do jot offer physical therapy, mental health or equipment reimbursement.
