Like you’re a cog in the wheel.
Casino Shift Manager in Biloxi:

Could be better.
Casino Shift Manager in Tonkawa:
Pros: the ability to help struggling departments during busy hours. Seeing friendly faces and coworkers. Flexible hours so long as staffing requirements are available. ability to learn higher positions to an extent even with limited education
Cons: compliance dept. Is real quick to bite you for someone else's mistake and continue to ride on you until you apologize for their mistake and upper management's inability to communicate efficiently amongst themselves and their employees. As well as creating wage discrimination by claiming to all employees that they are unable to converse about wages amongst each other because of wage secrecy.
June 2019
Unfair treatment.
Casino Shift Manager in Richmond:
Pros: Nothing. The things that used to make it a great workplace had been taken away.
Cons: The higher ups expect too much but keep downsizing. Too much stress from the job that they themselves have not experienced. I would like to see them take our place for one week. The pay is not enough for this kind of stress level.
