The job is itself pretty good and fulfilling, however the pay is very poor so turnover happens frequently. There are cliques and communication is poor and morale is rock bottom. They need to recognize their valuable employees and give them the raises they deserve.

JAMS is a good company to work for but the work culture getting more corporate profit driven. You have a daily mountain to climb. Expectations on employees is high and workloads are big. While the benefits are good the pay and upward mobility are lacking. Management seems to not understand what the reality of the work employees face.
