Pros: Learn to build your own house, learn how to opporate some equipment.
Cons: Very physically demanding, working in all weather conditions.

Cons: Know I don't get paid enough for what I do.

All ways keep up to speed with your health and safety as this is important and can save not only you but others around you.

If you are supplying all of your own tools, trailer, vehicle, paying own fuel then discuss rate with employer so everything is accounted for I.e wear and tear on tools and vehicle.

Pros: Rewarding to see what you are left with when Finnished the job.
Cons: The wages are fairly poor and are hard to live off.
