Cons: Traffic commute.

Pros: As I said I used to live here from 1970-2005. Fun to see the area again and all the changes. It's fun to explain to the client all about the area.
Cons: Having to pay the toll and the gas it takes from my home in Tacoma.

Cons: The pay is not sufficient to meet the rising cost of living and that creates stress and causes some people who are dependable and good employees to feel unappreciated. . Also, that can cause an employee to feel unfulfilled at times.
