Under paided, extremely poor good employee recognition, pay is unfair to good hard working employees that never call out and work alot of hours. Gets paid the same as lazy employees that call out and sleep on duty.

Cons: No employees recognition, unfair pay, horrible attitude from management "We don't need ya'll, ya'll need us." Attitude.

Caregiver:
There are no pay raises, management is in competent, clients are not the priority. Being incompetent and CYA is the priority, clients suffer because supervisory staff does not do their jobs. With the profits the CEO makes one would hope for merit pay raises but that does not happen here.
