Care Coordinator in Newport News:
Pros: Patient advocacy and an ability to close care gaps
Cons: communication lack with management and staff. Standard of work ethic is lacking, attention to detail is not appreciated and/ or supported. Mediocrity is a standard in many healthcare facilities unfortunately. I am interested in an employer who strives to encourage and motivate staff to offer excellent care and make those who lack initiative and professionalism accountable

It is stressful due to the way that coworkers act, treating only those they like in an acceptable way. I also was not trained. I think it is rewarding working to help others with the issues they are facing.
