Call Center Representative:
Pros: Perks, corporate 401 k.
Cons: Dealing w customer who are irate not having enough support from management team.

Career Opportunities.
Call Center Representative:
Focus on your degrees, not your company. You can be the best employee on campus, but you will never receive a promotion unless an opening presents itself. Employers have figured a way to utilize your skills without compensation. My employer created two positions. One is called a job enrichment program and the other is called a relief team manager. Both positions are temporary 6-12 month projects, so you do not receive any extra pay. It is presented as a way to sharpen your skills in preparation for a promotion. The company gets the work of a manager completed without paying manager money. This can go on indefinitely. The company can continue to rotate employees in and out of these positions forever. You would be able to receive a Masters or Doctorate faster. Companies like this are asking you to PROVE you are worthy through hard work and dedication before they will promote you. This could take a lifetime, literally. A higher degree will command the position you desire.

Cons: Angry, hateful customers who blame me for something I have no control over.
