January 2019
Buyer:
10+ year employee mostly left alone which is good and bad. 2018 laid off almost 100 employees 3 different times. Moral at all time low, pay seems to be ok new employees starting out but the added work through the years doesn't get the additions they deserve.
January 2019
Buyer:
Poor leadership. Not a team atmosphere as advertised. Rules don't apply to all employees. Only positive- is healthy bonus twice a year & annual raises. Insurance benefits are above average & the company pays disability benefit & matches 401k after 90 days.
January 2019
Buyer:
The pay is a bit low. All the nurses would agree. I hear Alegent days were much better and hopefully CHI gets better. The CEO in Omaha is pretty arrogant, so that doesn’t help. Hopefully, Dignity will bring prosperity.
