Business Process Analyst Reviews
What is it like working as a Business Process Analyst?
September 2016
Analyzing Data and Completing Projects.
Business Process Analyst:
Pros: I love the details my work has. It has all the particulars of conciseness and neatness, yet portrays a certain amount of fun along the way.
Cons: I finish my projects relatively quickly and run out of things to do, so I get bored and have to find things to do or practice what I have recently learned to make sure that I am still comprehending the data correctly.
April 2016
Its alright.
Business Process Analyst:
Pros: I enjoy researching problems and coming up with solutions. I enjoy the culture, flexibility, and office conditions.
Cons: Not sure I am paid what other's doing what I do get paid.
February 2016
December 2015
Perks.
Business Process Analyst:
Pros: Almost everything seems to be perfect.
Cons: Nothing really that I could point out.
December 2015
Passionate and Dedicated Continuous Improvement Professional.
Business Process Analyst:
Pros: Ameenable personality, possesing the ability to rally folks from intra-functional areas around a common goal with a proven track record ofwinning often. Problem sover at both the startegic and tactical level. Ability to take complex issues and problems and make them simple and easy for others to undrstand and ultimately solve. Strectch thos around me to grow as both professionals and kinder less self motivated and more team oriented individiuals.
Cons: Sometimes work lomg hours at nigh (law of diminishing returns). Can be demanding of others and expect them to challenge the norm "the way it has always beendone" (which I think is not such a negative but individuals tend to fight back sometimes when they are being pushed to expand themeselves outside of their comfort zone. So, metimes I get frustrated with polical beauraucracy from bein a prpohibitor to success and I find it unacceptable to when other's put their corporate ladder/perceived persona above the business' needs.
September 2014
Project Management.
Business Process Analyst:
Learn more about managing big projects and managing teams.
July 2014
Work Environment.
Business Process Analyst:
Pros: I like the relaxed environment, no micro-managing and flexible time hours.
Cons: I do not like the small company mentality, where you get in trouble for eating too many rusks, little pay, and little hope of an increase in pay. No benefits and the company does not take much care in employee satisfaction.
