Business Process / Management Consultant Reviews
What is it like working as a Business Process / Management Consultant?
December 2018
Business Process / Management Consultant:
Jobs are set up as designated scapegoats. Beware. You are the only one with the cost reduction goal. You are set up to fail. Culture is toxic. Management is politically loaded and driven by quarterly numbers. Your team will perform to their metrics and win because you have no control of any resources.
December 2018
Business Process / Management Consultant:
Pay is below industry norms for educated individuals. Pay is above average for those less educated and manual laborers. Employees get zero perks and no bonuses. Only highest levels of management receive bonuses. Benefits are average. Management constantly struggle with council direction attempting to keep costs down by reorging every 6-18 months. Frequent layoffs always cut too deep, and then many of the laid off employees are brought back.
