Cons: As a vendor you get substantially underpaid in comparison with FTEs. Also you don't get the perks they have but you work way harder.

Great potential as an overall company - but individual sites are heavily divided.

Cons: The cultural differences being used as an excuse to not improve their inefficiencies. There is a large gap in maturity between the Brazilian sites (more mature) and US sites. Lack of transparency for personal and professional development in the US.

Pros: The people are the best part of this firm, the total compensation is decent but you can make more cash somewhere else. It's easy to earn political capital here to make the job flexible in regards to project types, travel, personal needs
Cons: Compensation has been a big discussion point that leadership hasn't quite figured out yet
