Challenging but rewarding.

Pros: I able able to solve new problems and challenges that drive the business forward. I have a say in a lot of what we do, and I enjoy working with my team and coworkers.
Cons: I think there is occasionally less cross-departmental collaboration in regards to problem solving and strategy, leading to some unnecessary challenges and unclear requirements. There are some talent gaps and it can be difficult to drive projects forward or rely on others for help.
