Business Development Manager in Los Angeles:
I've been with Giroux Glass for nearly 2 years. I've been in the glazing business now for about 8 years and professional industry for 16 years. With previous employers in the glazing business I was largely compensated fairly to less than fairly. With Giroux, I have had my expectations met and then some. The ESOP culture is a massive factor and the wide-spread company culture is indicative of it as well. I am incredibly happy at Giroux and have happily turned away every recruiter I've been approached by since.
