Pros: Seeing a job from the initial enquiry through to a profitable project for both the client and our business and then the client comes back for me and recommends me.
Cons: I never earn what I feel I'm worth.

Pros: Parking and traffic is very easy to navigate - the commute is not long or expensive.
Cons: It's hard if you are not a public servant as there are not a lot of options for you to skill up or find other work other than in a startup where you have to accept less optimal conditions

Pros: Grand Rapids is an amazing city, there is plenty to do outside of work and on the weekends. It is easy to commute, business is generally good and the economy in Grand Rapids is strong
Cons: There are no mountain views, long working hours, pay is lower than most larger cities
