May 2019
Business Development Manager in Muzaffarpur:
The bank has changed a lot since Madam Kochhar left. The job dissatisfaction is elevating among us. Huge and unimaginable targets have been given. Pay scale is very low and I think we are underpaid. The promotions are fully in the hand of reporting authority or supervisor. The new recruitment in middle management is done without any specific qualifications hence the culture had changed and insecurity is felt badly. Also yes boss culture will only lead to the growth you need. Almost old staffs had left and each day they r leaving.
April 2019
It's great working with the freedom to work and explore new opportunities.
Business Development Manager in Chennai:
Pros: Freedom at work
Cons: Co workers attitude
