No matter what company u want to work for as a bus driver All new drivers will be on a contract for a 38 hour working week speed over 7 days with any 2 days rest the hourly rate will be starting from £8.50p per hour rising to £10 after 5 years of service.

Never Routine.
Bus Driver:
Pros: I liken us to the German U boat commanders roaming the Atlantic during WWII. We are free to choose our own routes and no one actually knows exactly where we are at any given time. We often have opportunity and are permitted to conduct personal business. (e.g. Walmart, groceries, etc.) Our riders are diverse so meeting people is a perk for myself. Many of our travels are in rural areas within the county so encountering nature is always a plus.
Cons: Actually, there isn't much to complain about other than I feel we are not fairly compensated for the degree of responsibility placed on us. We transport a great number of elderly many of which are barely ambulatory or in wheelchairs.
