December 2014
Starting out.
Bus Driver, School:
Pros: I love working with kids and driving. This job affords a certain amount of autonomy within the framework of a team. The down time can be a blessing or not, depending on your situation.
Cons: Early mornings and late afternoons with a big gap in between (it's a split shift, part time job). It doesn't allow much room for another part time job but if you hang in there, there are plenty of opportunities to make extra hours and climb in salary.

October 2014
Drivers only make $11,000 very stressful job.
Bus Driver, School:
The job doesn't pay enough for all the stress you are forced to go through on a daily basis. Your expect to do alot extra work out of your own personal time for FREE. Tons of hours you are NOT paid for. Example you have to buy your own cleaning supplies to clean the bus. You actually driver hours more then what you are actually paid to drive and that is unfair. You basically working half the time for free. You can NOT survive off this job. You have no health benefits you are exposed to illness by passengers.
