Building Maintenance Worker Reviews
What is it like working as a Building Maintenance Worker?
November 2019
Building Maintenance Worker in Omaha:
No communication. HR shared business of employees and held resentments. Discrimination on people with tattoos and piercings. My boss was rude to me treated me like a hired slave. All I was able to do was work alone and never felt part of a team. I loved my job and took pride in it until they pushed me to the limit. Making me feel afraid and ashamed of myself. Never have I ever worked for such evil people in my life. There were a few good people. And I mean a few. I was told what makes me think I should drive and own the car I bought and just all around I always felt like a charity case. Never felt equal. Told I wasn’t in a ministry position. And the rules didn’t apply to me at all.
