Great job but management is lacking.

Pros: I love being able to work on my own and work with numbers all day. It is something I’ve always been good at and enjoyed, so being able to do it as a job is wonderful.
Cons: Communication is an issue. I have to bring any questions I have to my direct managers boss to get an answer because my direct manager does not know how to do my job and will not ask himself.
