Pros: I feel the company culture is positive and encouraging and fosters a sense of teamwork. There is a good amount of opportunity to grow with the company and learn new skills to grow into new positions within or across departments.
Cons: I feel my job is a little monotonous and the time pressure of regular turnaround doesn't allow for as thorough and deep work as is expected.
