Family Owned Busniess.
Benefits Administrator in San Diego:
Pros: They depend on me with all I can get done in a timely matter. They trust me with their books on Quickbooks and I schedule meetings and trainings. I am good at what I do and have knowledge in the field.
Cons: It is a family owned business and they bring their family problems in ALL the time. The mom and daughter argue a ton. They always tasked me with their personal business such as calling their car insurance or life insurance policies when it is not my job to. I do it anyways because they state how I can be replaced. Also, my husband and I are wanting kids soon but my.
Boss stated if I ever get pregnant they will not let me have maternity leave because she worked up until the day her water broke. Getting paid very little to handle this office.
