Great job, just not for life.
Bar Manager:
Pros: Great social interaction, entertaining, high level of comradarie among staff, not just in your own place of employment, but other nearby bars. Enjoyable work, with a great wage for very young people, fantastic for paying through college.
Cons: Late hours. No overtime, unsociable hours compensation, nor extra bank holiday pay, as it's completely expected that you'd be needed and working at those times. Not sustainable as a career, unless you manage to pull 60 hours a week.
