Pros: Helping customers address areas of concern constructively.
Understanding the cause and repair of vehicles.
Getting to know my customers individually and personally.
Great techs I work with- team work.
Feeling helpful and friendly-providing good customer service.
Writing thorough work orders and invoices, providing informative.
Invoices and communication to company and customers.
My elderly customers.
Knowing at the end of the day I did my best to be my best.
Cons: Pushy, rude and entitled customers- having to bend over backwards to please customers who are never happy or feel like they are owed.
Angry techs, sales team, managers, parts department which is more often than not, having to please everyone from all angles of the service dept, make everyone happy.
Overwhelming load of GM recalls and GM incompetence concerning warranty repairs.
Aftermarket extended warranties....no explanation needed.
Chaos that at times can become the job, feeling thin and overwhelmed.
By massive amount of work/problems.
Having no time, missing brakes and lunches do to load volume, non stop.
Work, working overtime.
Missing my family due to work hours.
