Think carefully before you choose to become an Attorney, especially if you would like to be a mother one day. Being both can be difficult and your employer will not always understand when you prioritize motherhood over the job

Cons: Limited staff support, lack of transparency re: compensation, lack of established way to rise up in pay scale.
