Associate Account Manager Reviews
What is it like working as an Associate Account Manager?
January 2022
Decent.
Associate Account Manager in Lancaster:
Pros: The commute
Cons: The lack of innovative companies - there is not a drive in the regional area to improve/recruit/retain young workers.
May 2021
Insurance Agency Job.
Associate Account Manager in Syracuse:
Pros: Great downtown for happy hours. Easy commute into the city
Cons: It’s a small city and the winters are terrible
February 2021
Great sales role to work with high caliber people.
Associate Account Manager in Bellevue:
Pros: The culture of innovation is real! We move fast and work hard, which drives a lot of impact
Cons: Hours can be long, but that is only self-inflicted
July 2020
Associate Account Manager in Omaha:
Pros: How it feels like you're running your business
Cons: There are definitely times where you don't feel supported.
December 2018
Satisfied, but worth more.
Associate Account Manager in Denver:
Pros: Denver is a very walk-friendly and ride-friendly (bike, scooter, roller blades, etc.) place. I pride myself on not having to drive to work and I hope that society moves that way soon.
Cons: Compensation seems to be behind where it needs to be. It's very tough for people at or under 30 to become home-owners due to availability and income, especially income to debt ratio with student loans, for this demographic. I dislike renting because I'm paying someone else's mortgage. Income needs to catch up!
June 2016
Pay raise.
Associate Account Manager:
Pros: Corporate culture, relaxed office dress code, stress level, learning new things, interacting with clients.
Cons: No manager, no formal training, I feel like an assistant sometimes.
