Overworked.
Assistant Store Manager in New Braunfels:
Pros: interaction with people from all cultures. Diversity at work place when you have a strong built team everything runs smooth and the Culture works as intended. makes for a great work environment
Cons: A lot of team members have no professionalism, very little to none go get it attitude or take personal pride in their job seen so much how daily responsibilities end up pushed back to others to accomplish while they barely meet standards and get away with it.
