Stressful.
Assistant Service Manager in Tarrytown:
Pros: I like helping clients with their retirements as it is important to know about the investments, beneficiaries, their options when they leave their employer. Providing education is important to me. When clients are concerned or worried (esp. during COVID), I don't mind calming them down and helping them find a solution.
Cons: Lack of training, technology is outdated and antiquated and lack of pay
