Pros: I enjoy working with my co-workers. Most of my superiors are awesome to work for and with. My direct manager has zero communication skills unless I ask questions first but, then getting a direct answer is difficult if at all.
Cons: The communication between upper management and the rest of the staff is slim to none. Most the time I being an assistant manager will find out what is going on or upcoming events from bartenders or servers due to the fact that the restaurant manager refuses to communicate with me her assistant.
