Assistant Operations Manager in Santa Fe Springs:
Pay is fine. They will give bonuses and good benefits. They will also expect you to work 80 hours a week, will yell at you and cuss you out, will make you responsible for way more people and accounts than you can handle, and will force you to work nights and weekends. Very little education in middle management as anyone with a future gets out ASAP.
