Assistant Manager, Wholesale Reviews
What is it like working as an Assistant Manager, Wholesale?
April 2022
Efficient workplace where everyone get to learn and grow.
Assistant Manager, Wholesale in Singapore:
Pros: Learning opportunities and growth
Cons: Lack of work life balance
June 2016
Underperforming Branch.
Assistant Manager, Wholesale:
Pros: The management skills needed to operate successfully here must be honed quickly otherwise you will give up and not survive the poor management from the Branch Manager.
Cons: Inconsistent, weak, business killing management with a heavy emphasis on lack of leadership and scrutiny of every sale and penny going in and out of the branch. This is the worst performing branch I have worked for and the outlook is not good at the moment since this has gone on for 7 years with no changes made at the helm.
November 2013
Growing company but no positive job growth
Assistant Manager, Wholesale:
Pros: Lots to do, lots of contact with other parts of the global company.
Cons: Every year the work cycle repeats itself. No reward for driving changes and improvements.
