Pros: Exposure to all limit of scope that I'm interested in with high level management involvement.
Cons: It is exceeds working hours and might have to work 7 days a week to ensure the progress successful.

Pros: Opportunity to collaborate with people who are knowledgeable in food and beverage. The challenge that comes with managing people from all walks of life keeps a dynamic work environment.
Cons: Although putting in the time will pay off with executing well run events the long hours are sometimes difficult for work life balance.
