Pros: I like that if you have a new idea and provide supporting documentation, you will most likely have the opportunity to take it on.
Cons: Senior leadership relies heavily on HR to roll out all of their decisions but they don't engage HR in the process. HR has had to roll out poor managerial decisions to staff and then deal with the backfire.
