Pros: Flexibility with schedule.
Cons: Titled and paid as an Assistant but tasked and expected to do the work of an Associate. Often not taking lunch breaks and working extra hours each evening to get work done.

Pros: Its very varied my role in particular. I deal with 31 service lines so each hour is different to the next. Lots of opportunities to learn.
Cons: The workload is very high with the expectation of it being completed on time while not having enough people with experience to provide guidance or knowledge or support. Not paid enough for work done.
