Cons: I'm only one person and it's difficult sometimes to catch shoplifters. And not into the competition with other stores to see who catches the most shoplifters.

Pros: I like catching the mistakes and theives to help keep retail costs low and loss of a business at a minimum. I like being a part of that. Customers do not like having their receipt checked, but I see errors daily. It’s vital and I enjoy being a part of it
Cons: Standing in one place on concrete for 8 hours. It hurts my body bad. But I still get up and do it daily
