Pros: Can wear whatever, not overly difficult.
Cons: Poor pay, poor communication, lack of good design, lack of motivation for good design.

Cons: No overtime pay, some tasks that are below my education level, high stress deadlines, encouragement to stay late, discouraged to take time off.

Cons: Staring at a computer most of the time is exhausting.
