Good place to work in certain areas however compensation is not good. Overtime should be paid as standard to get rid of this overtime culture.

Pros: There is a lot of budding opportunity for projects in Denver. However, I've not seen a strong push for mindful or thoughtful development.
Cons: Cost of living.

Working at Salwa.
Architect (but not Landscape or Naval) in Kuwait City:
Pros: Working at Salwa, is a nice experience. Its a quiet area, enough natural light, making us focus at work. The area is close to where i reside. Commute is easy with occasional traffic issues at 5th ring road.
Cons: Least I like about working at Salwa, there aren't much places to hang out during breaks.

Pros: Diversity of those I interact with.
Cons: Traffic and salary does not keep up with cost of living. Cost of living is to high in comparison to salary.
