Super Busy.
Appointment Coordinator in Brunswick:
Pros: It is busy all the time, and we are in the midst of many major recalls as is most of the car industry. There is a relaxed dress code. If we work on Saturday we get a free lunch. We are able to get cars worked on at a reduced rate.
Cons: No one gets raises. Although the managers get super big salaries, there are no raises even people that have been there years and years. There is a very high turnover rate for employees at the dealership and the human resources department is non-existent.
