Good company to work for.
Alarm Technician in Little Rock:
Pros: What I like most about the job is being able to work on your own without a boss breathing down your neck every day. Your schedule is loaded on your phone and it's your responsibility to get to your jobs on time. Everything can be handled on your phone and company provided iPad. After a while, you'll start to see the same types of issues with customers, but every day is still different. This can be considered both a pro and a con, but we work 10hr shifts but at the same time we get 3 day weekends. The company is very stable with your work shift - they won't change your work schedule without your permission first.
Cons: What I like least about the job is that they will sometimes release poorly tested equipment which will cause issues after you install them in a customers house, and if you get a return trip within 30 days, it hurts your metrics. They rate your performance on metrics but a lot of the metrics are out of your control. You don't necessarily get in trouble for bad metrics, but if you have bad ratings for several months in a row you can possibly lose your job. I've been with the company for several years but have never personally seen someone lose their job over metrics though.

It's okay, low cap and low wages.
Alarm Technician:
